this line in btnFile_ServerComplete function
"DocumentAlert(value + " uploaded, you can click on 'send' button...");"
output a alert with this message: "image.jpg.<pre></pre> uploaded, you can click on 'send' button..."
ajax-loader.gif is missing in this example or you don't have that resource.
